Richard Owsley has a business degree and a postgraduate degree in marketing and is an experienced writer for business, consumer, staff and investor audiences. His annual report and CSR work includes Marks & Spencer, Halifax Bank of Scotland, BSkyB and Fujitsu Services, while recent business-facing literature includes successful projects for BT and Vodafone. He also specialises in writing for staff or the general public in 'plain English' and in this capacity works for Royal Mail and the NHS as well as leading high street brands such as Lloyds TSB and Tesco.

His varied output also includes high profile work for The F.A. and the Metropolitan Police. Richard is a tutor for the Institute of Copywriting, the officially recognised distance learning course.
